5 Simple But Powerful Offline Advertising Strategies in Ghana

Offline advertising strategies in Ghana is one of the easy and effective ways to advertise a business. There are many ways to advertise online and get the word out about your business online. The best of them are notably free search engines, "pay-per-view" and "pay-per-click" on search engines, article writing, press releases, joint ventures / advertising co-ops, posting on discussion forums and forums related to your target market.

But an advertising method overlooked by most online marketers is offline advertising.

There are several inexpensive methods for offline advertising and I will share five of them with you.

1) Business Cards

Business card is one of the most powerful offline advertising strategies in Ghana. If you are serious about your business, you need a business card. They are inexpensive and a great way to attract prospects or potential customers. Just give them to people who you think might be interested in your business.

Whenever you visit a restaurant, bar or club, you can leave your business cards in each bathroom stall. (Make sure there is no one, of course ... lol!)

It really works. An hour or two later, when you go to the bathroom, you will see that all your business cards are gone and the next day you get a new set of fresh sales.

2) Flyers

With today's technology, flyers are very easy to manufacture and is a very effective offline advertising strategy in Ghana. You can simply design an online flyer, print it and make copies. Then you can put them in stores located in areas where your potential customers can spend time. (Just be sure to ask permission from the business owner.)

Or simply distribute your flyers to people you meet in the street. Many bars and clubs do not hesitate to place leaflets in their establishments, especially if you are a patron.

And do not forget the supermarkets! Many have bulletin boards and you can put your flyer there. There are hundreds of people who go to supermarkets every day and have a buying mentality. Take advantage and send your flyers frequently.

3) Automobile Advertising

Your car is not only a vehicle, but is also a great way to advertise. You can affix signs or magnetic plates on your car with your business name and / or domain name in plain view.

Your business can be exposed to hundreds or even thousands of people every day, whether your car is parked, driving or even stucked in traffic. It's pretty cheap and a great way to "drive" your message home.

4) Tee Shirt Advertising

You can advertise your business with what you wear. Place your business name and/or website on a sweatshirt, tee-shirt or hat. So, when you're in public, people will see your ad and again, it will open the door to a discussion about your new business. This is one of the most effective ways to advertise your business to the world to increase sales.

5) Word of Mouth

Word of mouth is the cheapest form of advertising and perhaps the most effective way to advertise your business. Just tell those into contact with that you are in business for yourself. They will tell others and they will alse tell others and this can continue over and over again. Sooner or later, someone will look at what you are doing.

Those are just a few and cheap ways to advertise effectively off-line. There are obviously many more ways to advertise your business offline with little or no money. You don't have to have a lot of money to successfully advertise your business or products in your community. Many people started their business and were very successful with a chain advertising budget. There is hope for the small business owner.
